Blue Glass Bowl Cypriote Style

No marks or labels found. Not quite sure of the used technique but is looks like Cypriote style similar to the Tiffany pieces made by rolling molten glass in pulverized silica rock.
To me it looks lime modern piece.
Any help IDing the origin/maker?
