Czech Sklo ?

Any help on Id'ing this molded vase.  9 3/4" high, 4" wide / 3 7/8" (O.D.) at the top rim.  Ground foot ring.  3.5 lb.s

Thanks in advance for any possible leads, or avenues to pursue.

They are similar, but the prunts on the Jurnikl one are square where as yours are rounded.
