For what its worth I had a 1/2 dozen pieces of this stuff three years ago & was on another board that specialized in Czech. It was from Novy Bor, several factories, not hand painted, decals, almost always amber, not J.M. Pohl as decal indicated but maybe an early Pohl design copied, late 50s into early 60s but production not long. Guy who answered lived within area that produced it. Not Moser either. Example of one of the pieces I had.

I'm so thrilled to know the maker!!!

J. M. Pohl was a decorator, not a glass maker (the Horse & Carriage decal / transfer has the name as part of the pattern.

Ohio's points are interesting.
