Large blue shell, signed but indistinct

I bought this shell the other day. It is 18 cm long x 9 cm maximum width. Rather nice when in the right light. It is signed but I can't make out the signature. I have twiddled with the pixels  :P to make the signature a bit clearer. Can anyone ID it?
