Topic: Uranium glass, enameled vase. ID help with marks.

Maybe my favorite find of the weekend. 

Uranium glass but frosty (opaline?) with very thick enameled design.  Kind of greenish yellow.  On the bottom is a number 7 and a dot.  Inside bottom rim has a 2 and a dot.  Inside the mouth is a 5 with a dot.  Are these painter's marks?

Harrach has been suggested.

Height 8.5"
Base 2.75"
Mouth 1.5"
And about 4.25" across the widest part.

Such marks are usually decorators marks, though I've never seen three
