hello Trishy. Regret to say that the GMB has a policy of not discussing values - which may seem unhelpful, but the subject is a minefield of personal opinion and current fashion - some types, notably carnival glass for example, were vastly more popular and collectible 20 years ago than now - with the result that values have fallen dramatically. Members here are not professional appraisers of antiques/glass, and we suggest usually that people view online auction sites/records to locate comparable items, as a guide to value.
Your glass is an example of George Davidson's Blue Pearline - a patented manufacturing process that included a substantial array of different shapes - your No. 217752 appears to have been a design first Registered on 6th September 1893, although that's not to say your pieces were made on that date - some moulds continued in use for many years. Davidson produced a similarly patented type of glass in yellow, which they named Primrose Pearline.
The GMB appear not to have a picture of the water set from Registration 217752 in Blue Pearline - if you do have the facility and time we'd be very grateful if you are able to photograph your water set and post a picture here. Is your set the hobnail type of design, or perhaps the upright pillar pattern?
