It's wise to be careful when using the word 'no' - but my reasons for speculating that the answer is negative Tim, are twofold, mainly ......
one is that whilst the factory did create some colours that do have a marbled appearance, your piece with its almost two separate colours doesn't appear in the Geoffrey C. Timberlake book ........
the other reason is that although Nazeing did make the cylinder shape, it looks to have been very rare, and early when it did so.
I'm also not seeing the bubble structure that we see so often from that factory, so my thoughts are not Nazeing. Nigel will have a far greater insight into the possibilities of whether or no Nazeing for your vase - perhaps he might see this and look in.
