How tall is your piece?  It appears similar to this piece attributed to AVeM

Mod: The link above does not work for me - might be my ancient computer and browser that are a problem. The link below (a simple copy of the url from the target page) does work but has odd code for the umlaut over the "u" in "fur"in the url!

Hello and good evening
Dino Martens never worked for Avem. This was raised from Judith Miller, but this mistake spread like a virus.
Maybe the vase is from Avem or from Dino ( I doubt) but both not.

At EBay 100dreds of Rest of the day or tutti fruity vases are sold from Dino, but they are all only Avem. I‘ve got one as well, nice but not Dino Martens.

I had a book from the libary about Dino Martens expensive like hell, so I don‘t own it, but there they speak about this one mistake in Judith Millers Book.

In Germany millions of children had to eat spinach because 50 years ago a chemist set the point wrong in the amount of iron. Since that day spinach is said is containing lot of iron... wrong not more the cabbage.  :'( , but it is tastier  ;)

quote             …..          "but there they speak about this one mistake in Judith Millers Book."       Only one?  -  I'd suggest there are definitely more, though have to admit we don't know which book we're speaking of - I don't think glass was J.M. forte  -  it was Andy McConnell who fronted the glass volume I used to own.
Not sure I prefer Spinach over cabbage - red cabbage is good ;)

Silver Stain - your English is very good we don't have a problem understanding you :)

I should have been clearer that the link was a starting point for a possible AVeM attribution for this piece, rather than suggesting it was a Dino Martens piece.  I usually add that no reference was given for the attribution, so more digging needed.  sorry I missed that off this time.
