Blue hot worked strapped & signed ball vase similar to Frantisek Vizner ???

Hi thank you for looking wondered if anybody maybe able to recognize this
signed hot worked vase with strapping similar to Michael Harris on the Axe Heads etc...
I have been looking all over the place and it does appear to be similar to Vizner's work
however the base looks wrong to me??It is heavy for its size at 5" x 4.5" And 1.5 kg ish
