Topic: hoping to identify this cordial TY

I am hoping to get help with identifying this I think it is a cordial.  Possibly Moser and/or Czech in origin.   I am also hoping to find at least 2 or more if possible.  2 showed up on ebay this summer but I missed them but got this info.  Deeply appreciated.

They are approximately 3 3/4 inches high and 2 3/16 wide at the top.  unsigned or marked.   
Ihave two more photos of the bottom and the top but cant seem to load more than one sigh!

I hope somebody can help you. I can't say more than you can - it does have a Moser-y sort of look, but could be something else. It's certainly interesting.

I have 9 shot glasses of this same type except the ring between the cup and the base.
The cut is iridescent and the foot cut amber color. I would say that it is not an industrial achievement because the dimensions of a few differ slightly from one glass to another. I saw on a Kosta catalog from 1940 a DROTT HX pattern which is very close to it but it would take another view to identify it formally. (This is a Google translation)

I know very little information about this glassmaker.
From Wikipedia: Kosta Glasbruk later known as Kosta Boda, is a Swedish glassworks founded by two foreign officers in Charles XII's army, Anders Koskull and Georg Bogislaus Staël von Holstein, in 1742. The name is a portmanteau of the founders' surnames, Ko(skull) + Sta(el). It is located in Kosta, Sweden, which was named for the company. The surrounding region has become known as the "Kingdom of Crystal" and is now a tourist site which attracts a million visitors annually.
The drawing from the 1940 catalog represents the DROTT HX pattern.

Hello together and happy new year
I don‘t go with tremblas and Kosta, first of all the missing ring. I saw quite a few glasses like that as Kosta from other origins as well, for example I have nearly 15 different Color and type of glasses from Friedrich glas which are nearer to Kosta. Yesterday I looked through my Moser Book, because I was shure that your Glas is Moser, but I couldn‘t find it. So I think still more Moser then Kosta or Friedrich. Even the color is more Moser. Underneath you find an example of my Friedrich Glas, I have  them in shot wine and I think Cognac shape. Monika
