Topic: Victorian? gold-enameled trumpet vase...

Hello everyone! This is my first post, but not likely my last, LOL.
I came across this trumpet vase at a local thrift store for only $2 US, there is some minor chipping on the rim of the foot but that doesn't bother me. 
I've done a lot of googling but can't find any other vase with the same distinctive foot. No signature or other identifying marks found.
Am I correct in thinking Victorian? Any possibility of Moser or is it simply "bohemian art glass"?
It measures 14 inches tall, the top and foot are each 4.5 inches in diameter.
Please forgive the poor photos and the water droplets (from washing it) in the bottom area.

I did what I could with the photos, LOL. It took some effort to make them small enough to upload here. Other forums I frequent don't require photos to be quite so small! ;-)

Welcome to the board. You could have made your photos bigger; it's c 125kb per photo, not per set of four. :-) The enamelling looks typically Bohemian to me

Very unusual foot on the vase. Never seen anything like it. That alone should help identify it. I'm sure someone will recognise it for you

I was just staring at that - it looks as if there are 4 slots for 4 somethings to be screwed into it.
Finding screw threads in glass does happen. I have found cruets with glass screw-on tops.

There's no slots for screws, it's more a ripple effect. I'll work on getting more detailed photos.

Thanks for the replies! I, too, thought the distinctive foot would help identify it but so far, no joy.
