Glass pear - signed twice?
« on: January 22, 2025, 08:05:20 PM »
Here is a blown glass pear that is about 5 inches tall. It has an indistinct etched signature on the bottom and is signed "Josef" on the leaf. Not sure if the "Josef" signature was the artist or an owner's doing. I cannot find another example of the mark on the bottom. The pear is hollow inside but the walls are quite thick. Purchased in Trumptonia, but no idea were it was made. Does anyone recognize the studio/artist? Thanks!
Glass mutt. I collect anything I like & find interesting & is of reasonable quality.
