these appear to have a similarity to the Heinrich Hoffman intaglio glass pin trays, or open salts, fairly common in the art deco fashion of 1920s.
I seem to recall there were images on Pamela's site, but must be looking in the wrong place as now can't see them.
Those trays also came in several colours from memory, and were about the same size as the op's examples - there were a number of different subjects used for the intaglio image - I had one once, but it went out a long time back.
Sorry to disappoint Wesley, but unlikely folk here will provide you with a value - but you might find some indication on internet auctions sites.
Not sure what is meant by 'crystal' in this instance - probably not lead glass, and only one is clear - but just to see if I'm wrong, please flick one and see if there is a lead glass 'ring'
