The Davidson design that most closely matches you sugar is their RD no. 96945, registered on 31March 1888.

Although the Davidson design and your sugar are somewhat similar, I'm still not 100% sure of a match. The splayed fan ribs on the Davidson design do not have that wavy or horizontally-ridged appearance. The diamond textured panels seem to differ in detail, and the vertical undecorated ribs between the Davidson panels are usually double.
I find the colour problematic too. I have never seen a Davidson RD 96945 piece in that plain yellow-green uranium glass. Most coloured example of Davidson RD 96945 are from their Pearline range (blue, primrose, or clear), and the only plain transparent coloured example I have seen was in amber glass.
A nice, interesting piece nonetheless.
